1. What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email, travel dates, party size, suite preference and any message you write. If you join our mailing list, we collect your email address.

2. Why we collect it

• To reply to your enquiry and manage your booking.
• To send seasonal dispatches, only if you asked for them (you can unsubscribe at any time).
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.

3. Who we share it with

Only with service providers who help us run the business (for example our form, email and booking providers), and where the law requires it. We do not sell personal information. Some providers store data outside New Zealand.

4. Cookies and third parties

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google’s servers when the page loads.

5. Keeping your information

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete them. We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold.

6. Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. Contact our privacy officer at [email protected]. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
